Seaway Express is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team in Cornwall, Ontario. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email in a professional and timely manner. Track and trace shipments while providing accurate updates to customers. Resolve customer concerns and shipment issues with a positive, solution-focused approach. Lead on all OS&D of delivered freight Enter and maintain accurate shipment information within the transportation management system (TMS). Review and audit customer freight rates to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with customer pricing agreements. Verify shipment details, accessorial charges, fuel surcharges, prior to invoicing. Prepare shipping documentation and process customer requests. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through exceptional service. Support other administrative and operational duties as required. Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bilingual (English and French) an asset Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word). Experience with transportation management software is considered an asset. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
