The LPN will enhance the effective management and quality of nursing practice in keeping with British Columbia College of Nurses &Midwifes, BC Residential Care Regulations and home standards.</p><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Deliver direct nursing care to residents, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed.</li><li>Assist in developing and implementing individualized care plans.</li><li>Monitor residents' health status and report any changes to the nursing team.</li><li>Educate residents and their families on health management and wellness.</li><li>Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care.</li><li>Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary team members to enhance resident care.</li><li>Ensure compliance with provincial regulations and professional standards.</li><li>Adhere to organizational policies, procedures, and infection-control protocols.</li><li>Support the Clinical Manager in the coordination, implementation and monitoring of infection Prevention and control, Occupational Health and Safety, Quality initiatives for the Nursing Department.</li><li>Coordination and serve on the various committees responsible for client care.</li><li>Complete Annual & Mandatory Education/ in-sservices as well as all required education/in -service as per organizational requirements.</li><li>Monitor, evaluate, and document patient responses to treatments and interventions.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p> </p><p><strong><strong>Qualifications:</strong></strong></p><ul><li>Valid LPN license in British Columbia (BCCN&M Registration required).</li><li>Current First Aid Level C certification required.</li><li>Previous experience in long-term care or a related field preferred.</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work effectively as part of a team.</li><li>Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.</li></ul><p> </p><p>Work Location: In person</p></div>\nCompany Description<div><p>Serving with a spirit of love, we are a healthcare staffing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare serves through innovative clinical solutions that elevate wellness across the communities we serve.</p></div></div><h3>Company Description</h3><div>Serving with a spirit of love, we are a healthcare staffing agency dedicated to delivering exceptional healthcare serves through innovative clinical solutions that elevate wellness across the communities we serve.</div>
