Key responsibilities and oversight: Lead and coordinate strategic financial management and operations of a business unit Support financial planning and analysis activities to drive strategic decision making Contribute to M&A activities, including due diligence and integration activities Collaborate cross functionally with operations teams to ensure accuracy of financial results Oversee acquisition accounting and purchase price allocations (PPA) for strategic growth transactions Assist in developing financial reporting processes and analysis for senior management Coach, mentor and develop team members through regular feedback and reviews Contribute to process improvement and automation initiatives The Company is offering a strong compensation package including an attractive base salary and annual performance bonus.
