Lead and execute the organization’s advancement strategy across individual and major giving, corporate partnerships, grants, and institutional support, including prospect outreach, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship. Build sustainable fundraising systems and pipelines, align revenue efforts with the 60th anniversary and endowment launch, and equip the Board and staff to participate effectively in fundraising.
