Job Description We currently have a career opportunity for a Supervisory Base Aircraft Maintenance Engineer in Sept-Iles, QC . The Supervisory AME will be reporting to the Chief Engineer and their duties include: Perform Aircraft maintenance. Coordinate and manage all aircraft and base maintenance activities in conjunction with the Base Manager to ensure that maintenance is accomplished efficiently. Develop work schedules for maintenance personnel when needed to support aircraft flying operations as effectively as possible. Ensure that maintenance activities at the base is performed in accordance with the duties and responsibilities outlined in the Company’s Maintenance Control and Policy Manual. Ensure the base maintenance facilities are maintained cleaned and organized. Qualifications Must hold a valid Transport Canada M1 or M2 AME Licence. Must have held ACA for at least 2 years on the Airbus AS350B2 and/or B3 and AS355N. ACA on other aircraft types operated by the company is an asset. Must hold the authorization to work in Canada. (This position is not available for sponsorship). Demonstrate excellent communication skills, positive attitude, and leadership skills. Organized and self-starter. Be customer focused and a team player. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Must live in or around the Sept-Iles area or be willing to relocate to the area (relocation assistance may be provided). Requirements
