The Pas Closes: 2026-12-01 Overview Responsibilities Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, the Journeyman Pipefitter’s responsibilities will include: Fabricate/Assemble piping and valves Hydrotest, assemble and install pipe spools in the facility Measure, cut, and thread pipe Install supports, valves, piping and control systems Remove and replace worn components and reactivate system Other duties as requested Qualifications Journeyman Pipefitter Red Seal Certification/4th year Apprentice Proven mechanical and trouble shooting skills Prefer 3 years’ experience Ability to read blueprints, diagrams and schematic drawings to assemble equipment and follow work procedures & processes Ability to work independently and take initiatives Strong work ethic and safety record Strong interpersonal skills; both verbal and written communication required Work Experience Employment Level Full-time Work Conditions This is a unionized position. Requirements
Candidates must hold a Red Seal Certification as a Journeyperson Pipefitter or be a 4th year Apprentice. Preference is given to those with 3 years of experience and the ability to read technical blueprints and diagrams.
