Manage the daily operations and opening of the Norton Lake Centre for Early Development, leading a team of Registered Early Childhood Educators and Early Childhood Assistants. Ensure high-quality, compliant child and family programming; recruit, train, and develop staff; manage the center budget; and coordinate facility, IT, and HR support.

Assist the center manager with administration, staff scheduling, waitlist management, records, and center operations, and act for the manager when they are absent. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator, provide safe and nurturing care, plan and assess developmentally appropriate programs, communicate with families and colleagues, maintain required records, and participate in center opening or closing duties.
