Your Mission: As the sales rep for Ontario East, you: · Promote the company’s brands to the health care market in Eastern Toronto and Ontario East. · Build long-term relationships with new customers, while maintaining our existing client base, representing CanOrtho’s products and values with integrity. · Build your territory, and yourself, such that you’re a strong candidate for advancement. · Represent CanOrtho at regional and national medical conferences Other responsibilities: · Create an initial strategy to build and work the territory in your first 2 weeks on the job · Learn and develop facility with our bracing, compression and cast cutter brands and products in the first 4 weeks · Visit all your existing customers in your first 4 months · Increase CanOrtho’s brands’ sales in the first year. · In-depth exploration for new customer opportunities Your Competencies and Tools for Success: · Self-starter. Innate ability to follow up and follow through to close sales. · Strength in overcoming challenges and solving problems · Honest/Integrous · Knowledge of anatomy/sport med injuries/how braces help them.
