Production Associate – Coating and Assembly Location: Pointe-Claire, Montreal Company: CTS Type: Full-Time, Permanent Compensation: $17-20/hr + Annual Bonus and others About the Role Join a fast-growing, proudly Canadian team dedicated to global public security. As a Production Associate, you will play a hands-on role in coating process and may be called upon for assembly of specialized equipment for law enforcement and military applications. This is a multi-role position perfect for someone who enjoys variety, from precision assembly to spray paint processes. What You Will Do Coating Operation: Part sandblasting, cleaning and masking. Assist with spray painting processes. Precision Assembly: Build and assemble technical products to high standards when required. Shop Support: Perform inter departmental tasks to maintain a clean, efficient workflow. Technical Execution: Work directly with specialized hardware, including firearms and related components. Requirements Education: High School Diploma, Certificate in trades skills related to position (or equivalent production experience). Security: Must be able to pass a mandatory background check and obtain security clearance. Environment: Must be comfortable working around firearms, law enforcement, and military personnel. Language: Fluent in English with functional French skills. Soft Skills: Autonomous, adaptable, and self-motivated. Top Candidates Will Also Have (Assets) Possession of a valid PAL (Firearm permit).
