Build prefabricated high-performance wall panels, timber frames, and mass-timber frames according to drawings and shop travelers, while maintaining production efficiency and quality. Organize materials, finish and inspect timber components, package and ship projects, support and train junior carpenters, and maintain a clean, safe work area.

Coordinate production-floor administration, project materials, inventory, receiving, and purchase orders while keeping production schedules and records accurate. Inspect incoming and outgoing goods, prepare shipping and customs documentation, and support quality control and other shop or clerical tasks as needed.

Design and draft timber frame structures and enclosure systems to meet client requirements, prepare drawings and material and sawmill lists, and coordinate project costs, changes, timelines, and approvals.
