Description Job Title: Junior Human Resources (HR) Location: Calgary, Alberta Job Type: Full-Time Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. 0–2 years of HR or administrative experience; internships or co-op placements are welcome. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Discreet, dependable, and able to handle confidential information. Proficient in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HR software or HRIS is a plus. Knowledge of Alberta employment standards is an asset Key Responsibilities Assist with full-cycle recruitment: posting job ads, screening resumes, scheduling interviews. Help onboard new employees and ensure all required documentation is completed. Maintain and update employee files and HR records in compliance with company policies. Support internal HR communications and employee engagement initiatives. Assist in coordinating training sessions, performance reviews, and HR-related events.
