Requirements Requirements: Minimum 2 years of international bar experience, ideally in hotels, high-volume venues, or recognized establishments. Strong knowledge of classic cocktails and ability to design creative new drinks. Hands-on experience with keg management, cold rooms, and CO2 systems. Experience managing inventory, supplies, and bar prep. Fluent in English (spoken and written) with excellent customer interaction skills. Passionate about beer and cocktails (wine knowledge is welcome but not a focus for this role). Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage a team under pressure. Flexible and proactive, able to adapt in fast-paced bar environments.
What you’ll do
Prepare classic and innovative cocktails while leading the bar team to ensure high service standards. Manage bar operations including inventory, cold room maintenance, and staff mentoring.
Requirements
Requires at least 2 years of international bar experience and fluency in English. Candidates must have strong knowledge of cocktails, keg systems, and leadership abilities in fast-paced environments.
