Job summary

• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine layout and formwork requirements • Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and install wood and engineered materials for concrete forms and structural components • Build, erect, align, and dismantle formwork for commercial concrete structures, including slabs, walls, columns, and foundations • Install and brace forms to required elevations and ensure accuracy prior to concrete placement • Strip, clean, and stack formwork materials for reuse • Inspect finished concrete surfaces and perform minor repairs such as grinding and patching • Operate and maintain hand and power tools, including saws, drills, and nail guns • Assist with concrete placement and finishing activities as required • Assist with loading, unloading, and moving construction materials to work areas • Help maintain a clean and safe worksite by removing debris and organizing materials • Follow all workplace safety procedures and regulations • Perform other related duties as assigned. ​ Requirements • Minimum 4 years of work experience in the trade. • Must have strong work ethic • Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment • Must be able to work in a team environment • Must be able to take direction and be able to work/perform tasks/ duties by themselves Benefits 1-Year LMIA Provided
