Maintain employee records, onboarding documentation, and site files. Assist with timesheets, data entry, reporting, and document control. Coordinate site communications, meetings, and daily administrative activities. Ensure documentation is accurate, organized, and completed in a timely manner. Requirements

Requires previous experience in site or project administration within industrial construction or turnaround environments. Must hold current H2S Alive, CSTS or CSO, and WHMIS 2015 certifications.
