We are representing a top-tier, fully integrated real estate developer-builder with a 70+ year legacy of delivering some of the most recognizable residential communities in the GTA. Their projects are known for design excellence, long-term quality, and strong resident communities. They are seeking a Senior Property Manager to take full leadership of a flagship, two-tower condominium community in the heart of Toronto — a highly visible asset within their portfolio. The Role As the Senior Property Manager, you will be the lead operator and strategic partner to the Board for a large, high-profile condominium community. You will oversee all operational, financial, and team performance aspects of the property — ensuring a seamless resident experience while maintaining strong financial and physical asset performance.
