Landscape & Irrigation Construction Labourers

Position: Landscape & Irrigation Construction Labourers Location: Williams Lake, BC Pay Rate: $30 - $35 / hr depending on experience Duration: Immediate start and may last up to end of September 2026. We are seeking dependable, hardworking, and experienced Landscape and Irrigation Labourers to join our crew immediately. This is a seasonal work that is estimated to last up to end of September. Key Responsibilities: • Site Preparation & Moving Materials: Rake, shovel, and move soil, gravel, mulch, and sod using wheelbarrows and various hand tools. • Irrigation Installation: Assemble and lay PVC/poly pipe, install valves, and sprinkler heads etc. • Landscape Construction: Assist in planting trees and shrubs, laying sod and prepping ground. • Site Cleanup: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at the end of every day. • Assist Site Superintendent with other tasks as required. • Follow safety protocols during all project phases to ensure a safe working environment. What we are looking for: • Previous experience in landscaping or irrigation system installation is required. • Reliable transportation to ensure a 7:00 am start time. • Ability to work long hours (10-12 hour days) in various weather conditions and lift up to 50+ lbs. • A positive attitude and the ability to work together in the team. • Expected to report to work fit for duty and remain fit for duty at all times.
