Falpaco is currently seeking a Material Handler/Receiving and Shipping Clerk. Job Summary Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the technician will contribute to the completion and monitoring of the company's quality management and continuous improvement activities. Main Duties Provide technical support to internal and external customers and suppliers. Review and maintain the quality management system documentation, including all company processes and work instructions. Work closely with production personnel to perform various follow-ups or interventions and ensure compliance with customer specifications and requirements. Conduct internal audits of products, processes, and systems. Participate in the internal and external non-conformance processes. external partners. Participate in and/or lead problem-solving workshops. Review and maintain the production employee training system. Maintain product quality monitoring statistics and identify improvement opportunities. Participate in continuous improvement workshops. Participate in the new product validation process. Manage the calibration system.
