The role involves direct interaction with traders, incident management, production support, and collaboration with global IT teams.Key Responsibilities Provide direct Front Office support to traders during market hours. Manage production incidents, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Support and maintain RSF trading applications, including APEX and Orchestrade. Handle business user requests and drive timely issue resolution. Gather requirements and participate in release management activities. Collaborate with global support teams and Paris-based development teams. Required Skills & Experience Experience supporting Repo products or strong Fixed Income product knowledge. Proven experience in Capital Markets application support. Strong SQL skills, including complex query writing and data analysis. Working knowledge of UNIX/Linux and log analysis. Understanding of Front Office trading systems and IT architecture. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work directly with traders. Ability to perform effectively in a high-pressure trading environment. Nice to Have & Work Arrangement Experience with APEX and/or Orchestrade. P&L recomputation and reconciliation experience. French language skills. First 3 months: 5 days/week onsite in Montreal. Thereafter: Minimum 3 days/week onsite. Must align with US/New York market hours and holidays. The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: 79,000 to 102,000. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
