Experience supporting Equities trading platforms. Degree in Computer Science preferred. Key Responsibilities Equity markets and front-to-back trade lifecycle. Stocks, Indices, Options, Futures, Swaps. P&L and VaR knowledge preferred. Production support and incident management for Equity trading applications. Handle trader, sales, and operations requests. Monitor application health and performance. Perform root cause analysis and drive platform improvements. Collaborate with global support teams across regions. Automate support processes through scripting and tooling. Strong communication skills, ability to work directly with Traders, Sales, and Operations teams & excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting.
