You will be responsible for assisting customers, technicians, and other departments in identifying and sourcing the right parts for various vehicle makes and models. Responsibilities: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner * Provide expert advice on automotive parts and accessories * Process parts inquiries and orders promptly and accurately * Utilize your knowledge of automotive parts to identify customer needs * Source and order parts from suppliers as needed * Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are optimal * Work closely with service advisors, technicians, and other departments to ensure efficient operations. * Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate parts orders and deliveries Qualifications: * Previous experience in automotive parts sales or a related field * Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts * Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks * Proficient computer skills for order processing and inventory management If you are enthusiastic about the automotive industry, possess a passion for customer service, and have a background in automotive parts, we invite you to apply! #INDHP At Capital Automotive Group, our vision is to be the most respected auto group in North America.
