Your Role as Used Car Manager Sales Performance: Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize used vehicle sales, gross profit, and customer retention. Inventory Management: Maintain optimal inventory levels and pricing strategies to meet market demands and profitability goals. Merchandising: Ensure vehicles are displayed to the highest standards and create impactful promotional campaigns. Team Leadership: Inspire, mentor, and support the Used Car Sales team to exceed performance targets.
