The Energy Trader will dispatch and optimize company assets while identifying speculative trading opportunities across physical and financial power and gas markets. They will also support the development of structured transactions, long-term hedging strategies, and portfolio management initiatives. Candidates must have a degree in Engineering, Physics, Math, Economics, or Finance and at least 3 years of experience in physical power trading. Proficiency in analytical tools like Python, SQL, and R is required, along with a proven track record in Western U.S. power markets.
