The Senior Lead, Interconnections & Transmission Engineer provides specialized technical expertise to support the interconnection of power generation projects. They coordinate interconnection studies, evaluate transmission options, and manage relationships with utilities and system operators throughout the asset lifecycle. Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possess at least six years of experience in transmission planning or power system studies. Strong knowledge of NERC, FERC, and RTO standards, along with the ability to lead complex technical studies, is required.
