About the Role We are seeking an Operations Procurement Specialist to join our team and play a critical role in supporting procurement activities across a diverse real estate portfolio. This position focuses on vendor management, sourcing execution, acquisition support, and policy compliance. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and external vendors to ensure efficient, transparent, and compliant procurement operations. Execute sourcing activities, including RFQs and negotiations for mid-range procurement events. Support acquisitions with quotes, budgets, and contract coordination. Deliver training on procurement processes and enforce policy compliance. Assist with local contract management, including analysis, drafting, and scheduling agreements. What We’re Looking For 3+ years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or vendor management (real estate, facilities, or construction preferred). Strong understanding of RFQ processes and eSourcing tools. Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities across regional teams. Familiarity with procurement compliance and contract coordination. What’s in it for you?
