The Role We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of our residential portfolio. You will lead the on-site teams, keep buildings running smoothly, and act as a reliable point of contact for both tenants and owners. Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day building operations, including emergency response outside office hours Manage and supervise the concierge Ensure apartment buildings are maintained and cleaned in line with company standards Track and resolve maintenance requests through Buildingstack Manage tenant, lease information, renewals, and monthly payment into Buildingstack Handle move-in, move-out, turnover procedures Schedule repairs with subcontractors and manage the work through to completion, including quality control Collect rent payments and follow up on delinquent accounts Provide owners with monthly rent roll reports Conduct property inspections and flag any required work to ownership Qualifications Minimum 4 years of property management experience (required) Fluency in French and English (required) Detail-oriented with strong communication skills Proficiency with Buildingstack software Details Job type: Fixed-term contract Work location: In person Expected start date: October 1, 2026 How to Apply Please send your resume to info@capdev.ca
