Commercial HVAC Service Technician

The technician is responsible for commissioning, repairing, and troubleshooting commercial ventilation and HVAC equipment. They must also manage service schedules, submit daily reports, and develop preventive maintenance programs for customers.

Candidates should possess HVAC/R skills and knowledge of electrical systems and commercial wiring schematics. Physical requirements include the ability to lift 50 pounds, work in tight spaces, and commit to heavy overnight travel during the first year for training.
