The Role We are looking for a self-employed contractor inspector to serve the Vancouver Area on a flexible, per-inspection basis. You set your own schedule. You will meet buyers or sellers at the vehicle's location, conduct a thorough inspection, and deliver a detailed report through our mobile app. What We Offer Paid per inspection — competitive flat rate per completed inspection Flexible schedule — you choose when you work All inspections booked and managed for you through our platform Training is provided on our inspection methodology and reporting app Access to our established 4.9★ Google reputation (246+ reviews in Montreal alone) Work under a recognized, trusted brand with 17+ years in the market What We're Looking For Fluently bilingual — French and English (written and spoken) — this is non-negotiable for Montreal operations Strong mechanical knowledge of vehicles (cars, trucks, SUVs, luxury, and classics) Formal background in mechanics, automotive technology, an asset (may reassess if experience is strong) Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle Clean Driving Record (will need to provide proof) Professional demeanor — you represent the Car Inspected brand directly to clients Comfortable using a mobile app to complete and submit inspection reports Must be available on weekdays; weekend availability is a plus. Must be legally authorized to work In Canada. and must be legally Authorized to work as a self-employed contractor in Canada Ideal Candidate You are a mechanic, automotive technician, mechanical engineer, or experienced car enthusiast who knows vehicles inside and out, communicates clearly in both official languages, and takes pride in delivering honest, thorough assessments.
