Cardinal Health Canada is seeking a Contracts & Sales Operations Analyst to join the Contract Management team. Reporting to the Manager, Contract Management, the Analyst supports the administration and ongoing management of customer agreements across the Canadian business portfolio. The position helps ensure that agreements, pricing contracts, rebates, customer memberships, and related commercial activities are administered accurately, efficiently, and in accordance with service, compliance, and revenue-protection requirements. This role requires on-site presence at the Tesma (Vaughan) head office every Tuesday and Wednesday. The Analyst independently manages post-award contract lifecycle activities, serves as a key liaison between customers and internal stakeholders, and coordinates requests and contractual requirements within established service levels. Success in the role requires accurate and timely administration, consistently high data and reporting quality, effective management of assigned work with minimal supervision, and providing a positive customer experience. The position also supports pricing validation, contract compliance, reporting, audits and operational data management. In addition, the analyst identifies discrepancies, facilitates issue resolution and contributes to process improvement, automation and revenue protection. Your Contribution to the Organization Administer post-award customer agreements, including customer and product additions, pricing updates, amendments, and other contract maintenance activities. Maintain accurate customer, contract, membership, pricing, rebate, and account information across our Sales management system (Salesforce), contract repositories, and other business systems. Ensure all new customer accounts are set-up accurately within the appropriate memberships, channels, and customer master data. Manage inbound customer requests and serve as a primary contact for inquiries related to contract administration, pricing, account maintenance, validation, and agreement support. Support pricing administration, including approved updates, contract escalators, pricing validation, discrepancy resolution, and revenue-protection activities. Administer rebate programs through validation, system execution, monitoring, reconciliation support, and reporting. Produce accurate, high-quality recurring and ad hoc reports and analyze contract and operational data to identify trends, discrepancies, risks, and improvement opportunities. Support contract compliance, documentation, audits, record retention, data-quality monitoring, and adherence to governance requirements. Collaborate with Sales, Pricing, Marketing, Finance, Legal, Customer Care, and Contracts teams to coordinate customer and business requirements. Maintain standard operating procedures, workflows, and business records, and participate in process improvement, automation, and system-enhancement, and operational-efficiency initiatives. This Job Might Be For You If 2 years of experience in contract administration, sales or commercial operations, pricing administration, customer support, business operations, account management or a related analytical role. Bachelors degree in business administration or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, competing deadlines, and assigned post-award activities independently and with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written communication, and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Strong customer-service orientation and the ability to build effective relationships with customers, stakeholders, and business partners. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, reporting, PivotTables, lookups, and data-validation techniques. Comfortable navigating and reporting from various systems (Conga or other contract-lifecycle management systems, Salesforce, SAP, Tableau, Power BI, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat Sign – or any similar tools or systems). Ability to identify and appropriately escalate operational, compliance, pricing, and data-integrity issues. Solution-oriented, customer-focused approach and commitment to continuous improvement. Experience in healthcare, medical devices, healthcare distribution, or another regulated industry is an asset.
