This pharmacy helps clients manage multiple medications with convenience packs and regular, in-home visits with a pharmacist. Our pharmacists will work with the client, family and caregivers with the goal of reducing emergency room visits and hospital stays, allowing people to remain in their own homes and providing peace of mind to them and their families.

The Staff Pharmacist is responsible for checking bubble packs, performing therapeutic checks, and counseling clients and caregivers on medications. They also collaborate with prescribers and provide clinical resource support focused on health promotion and patient care.
