Under the direction of facility nursing staff, you will perform floor and observational care duties - helping to create an environment that promotes optimal physical, social, and emotional well-being for patients. For each assignment, you will be in one facility for a full 8-12hour shift. Qualifications Our “exemplary standing” with Accreditation Canada is held to the highest regard and is a testament to the fact that we uphold the same hiring standards and patient care delivery as the facilities in which we serve. * Continuing Care Assistant (CTA), Care Team Assistant (CCA) certificate OR Internationally Educated Nurse (IEN) currently enrolled in a bridging program and is in the process of attaining RN licensure or LPN licensure with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing * Proof of current immunization for measles, mumps, rubella and varicella (MMRV), tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis, hepatitis B and Covid-19 * Proof of negative TB skin test within the past one (1) year or negative chest x-ray within the past five (5) years * Current BCLS-HCP (HealthCare Provider) * Current N95 Mask Fit Test Certificate * Willing to undergo Vulnerable Sector Police Check as a condition of hire About Us For over 35 years, proudly helping healthcare workers take control of their career. Requirements

Requires a Continuing Care Assistant certificate or enrollment in a nursing bridging program. Candidates must also provide proof of current immunizations, a negative TB test, and hold current BCLS-HCP and N95 certifications.
