But behind that front desk counter? It’s a high-speed command center. Phones are ringing, insurance portals are loading, urgent results are flying in, and clinician schedules are shifting by the minute. These exceptional people are orchestrating it all—triaging phone calls, coordinating with clinicians, booking appointments, managing charts, and solving administrative crises in real-time, all while maintaining a warm, reassuring smile for the client standing right in front of them. How you'll crush the day: You’ll be excited to start the morning with coffee in-hand, energized and self-motivated to be the quarterback of the clinic Our clients first interactions happen with you, either in-person or over the phone, and after hearing your kind voice and soothing empathy they will feel great about choosing us for their therapy needs You’ll educate and empower clients on our unique services and equipment, process payment and send them home with a smile on their face You’ll perform basic accounting functions (A/R) and inventory management WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO I NEED FOR THIS ROLE?
