The Rehabilitation Assistant will deliver therapeutic interventions and facilitate group exercise programs to support resident mobility and wellbeing. They will also collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop care plans and maintain accurate documentation using PointClickCare.

Recreation Assistant

On-site · Vancouver

The Recreation Assistant organizes and promotes recreation programs, including outings, crafts, and exercises for residents. They are also responsible for transporting residents to activities and monitoring their functional and cognitive behavior.

Housekeeper (Casual)

On-site · Vancouver

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas in accordance with infection control protocols. Collaborate with the care team to ensure a safe and comfortable environment while reporting any safety hazards or damages.

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (Full-time)
