Calibrate and monitor used car valuation models. Lead the end-to-end A/B testing program in a high-priority business area, from methodology and test design through the interpretation and application of results. Partner with product teams to develop impactful, unique content based on extensive inventory analysis and changing trends. Build and continuously iterate on performance models that drive optimal value delivery to dealer partners and align with key business objectives. Perform in-depth analyses of non-quantitative data to identify trends, anomalies, and discrepancies. Develop and refine tools and dashboards for monitoring critical KPIs. What We’re Looking For Required Qualifications 7+ years of experience in advanced data analysis, with 3+ years of statistical modeling and forecasting. Experience with statistical modeling and analyses such as regression, cluster analysis, and impact testing. Proficiency with R and/or Python, and experience querying large databases using advanced SQL skills. Bachelor's degree with a quantitative focus; Master's degree strongly preferred. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks across multiple projects, and contribute new ideas and initiatives, with superior communication skills to share findings and prescribe action to stakeholders using Excel, PowerPoint, etc. Preferred Qualifications Experience deploying and maintaining statistical models in production. Experience with NLP and/or deep learning applications. Exposure to vehicle data, including options, features, pricing, etc. This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations determined by location and subject to change based on evolving business needs. Applicants must be legally authorized to work in Canada at the time of hire. The company is unable to provide immigration or work permit support for this position. The anticipated annual base salary range for this position is $78,000 - $116,000 CAD. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on a variety of factors, including geographic location, relevant experience, skills, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
