In this hands-on role, you’ll complete general building maintenance, use equipment like ride on movers and tractors and manage the upkeep of our beautifully landscaped garden areas, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and well-presented environment for residents, visitors, and staff alike. Your Day-to-day Will Involve Perform general repairs, preventative maintenance, and organise contractors when needed Care for lawns, gardens, paths, and outdoor areas to a high standard Carry out routine tasks like rubbish removal, gutter cleaning, watering, pruning, and planting Maintain tools and ensure safe handling of equipment and chemicals Keep accurate maintenance records, support regulatory compliance, and uphold safety procedures Assist with stock control and basic admin such as processing invoices and keeping registers updated Work as part of a friendly, multidisciplinary team that values cooperation and respect About You Demonstrated experience in general gardening and maintenance Knowledge of Workplace Health & Safety Standards and requirements relevant to grounds and maintenance work Knowledge of and experience in gardening and groundskeeping Ability to use power garden tools and a ride on mower Current NDIS Worker Screening Clearance The Benefits Of Joining The Carinity Team Access to extensive not-for-profit salary packaging options Be part of a value driven organisation, with a culture of caring for others Ongoing training and development to reach your full potential How do I apply?
