Lead planning and implementation for the marine and heavy equipment fleet, including technical coordination, design, procurement, maintenance, and capital expenditure programs. Monitor fleet costs, utilization, and performance; support budgets and business decisions; and promote safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
