Residential - Commercial - Institutional CARMA was founded in 1977 and is the 1st Measurement Canada approved supplier of electronic submetering systems and have since installed over 350,000 meters and have over 150,000 suites under contract. We supply submetering systems, provide billing services and consumption data for cost recovery and sustainability reporting to residential, commercial and institutional buildings nationwide. We receive over 3.9 million meter reads per day and have local representatives across the country with offices in Lindsay, Toronto, Calgary, and Vancouver.
