Job Title: HVAC Service Technician - Commercial Work Location: 88 Beaverbrook St, Moncton, NB E1C 9S7 Wage: Local 325 Journeyman rate We offer a steady full-time workload as well as a service vehicle, uniform, and tools. Responsibilities: * Install, maintain, and repair HVAC and refrigeration systems. * Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with HVAC and refrigeration equipment. * Perform routine maintenance and inspections. * Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company standards and safety regulations. * Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive client relationships. * Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used. Requirements: * Journeyperson certification in HVAC/Refrigeration. * Experience working in service and maintenance * Experience in the Commercial sector preferred * Qualification and experience on gas / oil / burners an asset * BAS/Controls experience an asset * Valid driver's license and clean driving record. * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Health and Safety is a core paramount value of Carmichael Engineering. Requirements
