What You Will Do day-to-day: As our Toronto-based Account Manager, you will directly drive our Canadian market growth. You will manage high-value local accounts, build lasting professional relationships, and collaborate face-to-face with customers and production teams. Drive Strategy: Plan, execute, and manage regional sales for the Canadian market. Grow the Business: Identify and generate new business prospects and revenue streams. Present Solutions: Create and deliver compelling product presentations to current and prospective clients. Collaborate Locally: Communicate directly across our Toronto plant departments to seamlessly close sales. Consult & Forecast: Identify exact customer needs and forecast regional product and service demands. Own the Process: Plan client meetings and execute new product proposals from start to finish. What We Are Looking For: Experience: 2–5 years of proven success in account management, sales, or business development. Experience in manufacturing, industrial products, or foam-related industries is preferred. Tech Skills: Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and experience utilizing CRM platforms like Salesforce. Knowledge of SAP is a strong asset. Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related professional field experience.
