Leads the Public Service Authority’s day-to-day administration and water, wastewater, infrastructure, financial, personnel, and capital improvement operations under the direction of its Board. Oversees staff and projects, manages budgets and funding, ensures regulatory compliance, and represents the Authority to the Board, customers, businesses, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
