Role Description The Sales Manager – Vancouver is a full-time, on-site role based in Vancouver, BC, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding Cart2Cargo’s customer base in the region. This role involves identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, managing the complete sales cycle, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients. The Sales Manager will conduct product demos, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience. Day-to-day activities include monitoring sales performance, developing territory plans, providing market feedback to leadership, and representing Cart2Cargo at industry events and client meetings. Qualifications Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in technology, logistics, or supply chain solutions, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Strong skills in prospecting, lead qualification, pipeline management, and account relationship building. Ability to conduct effective product presentations, prepare proposals, and manage contract negotiations with diverse stakeholders. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex solutions in clear, business-focused language. Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, including using data and market insights to inform sales strategies and territory planning. Comfort working with CRM systems and sales tools to manage activities, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate records. Self-directed and organized, with the ability to prioritize multiple opportunities and work effectively in an on-site, fast-paced environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations is highly beneficial; experience selling SaaS or AI-enabled platforms is an asset. Willingness to travel locally within the Vancouver area and occasionally to other regions for client meetings or industry events.
