Your Scope Includes The Controller position requires in a daily base to monitor his/her team, make sure they have the support and also providing the required information and on time to the business partners. Monthly they are able to close the month end, coordinating the team, reviewing and approving journal entries, transactional data analysis, financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, review reconciliations, collaborate with business partners specifically to the operations/transport/sales. Quaterly they should be able to accomplish all the internal controls, book to floor, certifications, audits, year end closing, budget Budgeting / Forecasting: Lead the annual budget exercise. Implement a rolling forecast to align with the corporate objectives. Collaborate with other finance and FPA members to provide P&L and CAPEX budget targets. Maintain and develop key performance indicators to monitor the financial performance. Produce periodic consolidated reports for assigned functional groups. Analyze and comment on variances and assess R&O Provide various ad-hoc analysis as required by the business. Manage and empower a analyst Guarantee that the financial information produced is reliable and complete. Adhere to the internal control structure to minimize the business risks inherent in operations or fraud. What You Bring You're a natural fit for Plant Controller if you have: CPA is an asset 3-5 years experience as a controller 6-8 years overall experience Ability to address issues and problems by proposing solutions. Ability to support and advise business partners in analyzing their needs and finding solutions. Ability to act and react quickly while taking the lead on several different files.
