Perform all production activities, including machine set-up, operation, cleanup, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Complete production reports and administrative documentation accurately and on time. Perform production tasks requiring repetitive hand movements, standing for extended periods, lifting, moving, and packing materials. Submit maintenance requests and proactively identify equipment issues requiring repair. Follow all company policies and procedures, including Health & Safety standards, housekeeping practices, and government regulations. Support second and third operators with machine operation and daily production activities. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Production Supervisor to support operational requirements. Ability to read and understand work instructions and possess basic computer skills. Ability to lift 35 lbs safely and consistently. Strong commitment to safety, quality, and operational efficiency. Good understanding of Health & Safety rules and regulations. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks while maintaining productivity and quality. Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work effectively under pressure. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
