They will bridge the gap between customer needs and product development by gathering feedback and strategizing on migration journeys. Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in financial statement preparation, audit engagements, or a customer-facing SaaS role within the accounting profession. Strong communication skills and a sound understanding of accounting technology or AI-powered solutions are essential.
