About the Role Castillo HR Consulting Inc. is seeking a detail oriented Payroll Specialist with a passion for accuracy and compliance. This is a full-time, permanent hybrid role based in the Lower Mainland region. The successful candidate will be responsible for full cycle payroll processing, ensuring all employees are paid accurately and on time while maintaining compliance with payroll and employment legislation for multiple clients in Canada and United States. What You Will Be Doing Process full cycle payroll for multiple clients, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Maintain payroll records and update employee information as needed Prepare and file payroll related documents and reports Respond to employee and management payroll inquiries Ensure compliance with all CRA, WCB, and ESA regulations Assist in year end reconciliations and T4 preparation Work closely with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll accuracy Support audits and provide related documentation as requested You will be onsite in the office 1-2 days a week in Vancouver, BC. What You Will Bring Minimum 3+ years of experience in full cycle payroll processing Strong understanding of Canadian payroll legislation and taxation Experience using payroll software such as Payworks, Wagepoint, ADP, or Employment Hero Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy Strong Excel and data management skills Diploma in Payroll, Accounting, or HR related field preferred PCP designation (Payroll Compliance Practitioner) an asset Salary: Offering $50K-55K per year
