In this role, you will be the central support of our HR operations, administering essential day-to-day functions like onboarding, employee records, and payroll support. What We Offer You Full-time, year-round employment Health & Dental benefits after three months of continuous employment Salary to commensurate with experience Full mountain season passes for employees and dependents Several employee discounts around the resort Opportunity to work in the beautiful South Canadian Rocky Mountains Responsibilities Collaborates closely with payroll to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee information Recruitment, hiring, and onboarding through our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) Mass onboarding and offboarding for our winter operations HRIS administration Assisting new hires with onboarding Group benefits administration Supporting managers with recruitment and onboarding of their employees Assisting with uniform ordering, inventory management and distribution to employees Assessing the status of uniforms and facilitating repairs and cleaning when required Uniform tracking Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) administration In partnership with the Events Supervisor, carrying out staff events and other employee recognition initiatives Organizing and filing confidential employee information Organizing and planning Health & Safety Committee initiatives and meetings Assisting with Learning and Development initiatives Developing and maintaining HR tracking spreadsheets Other duties as assigned Qualifications At least 2 years experience in an administration role handling confidential information Previous Human Resources administration experience preferred Takes ownership of tasks from start to finish while maintaining consistent, reliable follow‑through Extremely detail oriented and organized Effective verbal and written communication Shows strong initiative and consistently takes proactive action A high level of integrity Ability to work under tight deadlines Proficient in Excel, Word and relevant software Excellent time management skills Passionate about the ski/snowboard industry preferred Local candidates preferred Work Conditions Limited travel will be required Must be comfortable with a winter driving commute Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals Lifting or moving up to 10lbs may be required Eligibility Statement Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.
