As Sales Manager, you must be driven, intelligent, professional, hands-on, dependable and honest. You will lead our sales team based on a successful track record as an Automotive Salesperson, Sales Manager and/or Financial Services Manager. If you are experienced in automotive sales and would like to move into management, this position may be the perfect fit. Responsibilities: * Hire, train, and support and the sales team. * Take pride in the success and professionalism of your team members. * Follow and reinforce the sales process. * Provide continuous training. * Ensure we are providing exceptional customer service. * Monitor all dealership sales traffic and results. * Track key performance metrics for the sales department. * Work constructively with all dealership departments. * Complete training mandated by Hyundai Canada. * Promote and support our financial services team. Qualifications: * Previous automotive sales and/or F&I experience is important. * Sincere commitment to helping others, including customers and fellow staff members. * Energy, focus and commitment to meeting the dealership’s goals and standards. * Desire to work and live in our community. * Proven ability to train and develop others. * Professional appearance and work ethic. * Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Ability to secure a license to sell vehicles in British Columbia, a process that requires a criminal record check. * Canadian citizen or permanent resident. Requirements
