This dynamic position is unique as it offers a wide range of experiences across our various clinics. As a coverage team member, you will have access to our Clinician Development Program where you will receive mentorship from experienced clinicians in the company based on your areas of interest. This position also puts you first in line for new opportunities within our group. Location: All Clinics (For more information visit: https://www.momentumhealth.ca/ [https://www.momentumhealth.ca/]) Hours: Variable between 7AM-8PM (dependent on coverage shift) Employment Type: Casual (no guaranteed hours) Preferred Start Date: As soon as possible Compensation: $20-$22 per hour What We Provide * Mentorship opportunities * Two annual organizational events and many individual clinic events * Fun and engaging work environment What We Are Looking For Positive energy and passionate about contributing to a collaborative work environment Demonstrated exceptional communication with patients and team members Committed to an excellent patient experience Strong work ethic and self-motivated Professional and friendly demeanor Primary Responsibilities * Prescription, application, supervision and education of patient’s Therapeutic Exercise Programs including: AROM, PROM, stretching, proprioception, coordination, balance and strengthening * Assist Physiotherapy assessments and re-evaluations * Learn and administer several hands-on treatment techniques including basic trigger point release, MRT, Instrumented Soft Tissue Release, Friction massage and hold relax stretching * Application and removal of modalities including heat, ice, ultrasound, TENS, IFC, micro-current and Muscle Stimulation * Assisting with clinic up-keep such as laundry, cleaning patient beds, filling ultrasound gel, and cleaning machines and tools * Greet patients and ensure they have a comfortable experience in the clinic * A wonderful opportunity to network with other professionals in the field such as physiotherapists, chiropractors, naturopathic doctors, and registered massage therapists The Successful Candidate will have the Following Qualifications Degree in Kinesiology Excellent knowledge of anatomy and physiology Previous volunteer or work experience in a Physiotherapy or Multidisciplinary clinic an asset Join us at CBI Health – where working together makes great things happen. The Kinesiologist will prescribe and supervise therapeutic exercise programs and assist physiotherapists with assessments and treatments. They are also responsible for maintaining clinic cleanliness and ensuring a comfortable experience for all patients.

Candidates must hold a degree in Kinesiology and possess a strong understanding of anatomy and physiology. Previous experience in a physiotherapy or multidisciplinary clinic setting is considered an asset.
