We are presently seeking an enthusiastic Full-Time Coverage Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. Required Criteria * Must have a reliable vehicle to commute between clinics * Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturday’s * Direct rehab experience not required; however, experience in a fast paced busy retail or service industry position is an asset * Must be able to commit to a one-year term Primary Responsibilities Include * Greet patients, staff, and visitors to the clinic in a professional and courteous manner * Assist patients with scheduling appointments and making payments at the front desk * Answer phones * Coordinator the flow of patients safely through the clinic * Intake process for new patients * Scan, fax and upload documents to the Electronic Medical Records system * Private, third party, and AHS billing * Maintain privacy and confidentiality for all patients, staff and physicians * Adhere to all Momentum Health Policies and Procedures The Successful Candidate will have the Following Experience/Education * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Comfortable with different software applications (MS Office, Google-Suite).
