We are presently seeking an enthusiastic Part-Time Coverage Office Administrator to join our dynamic team. Required Criteria * Must have a reliable vehicle to commute between clinics * Must be able to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturday’s * Direct rehab experience not required; however, experience in a fast paced busy retail or service industry position is an asset * Must be able to commit to a one-year term Primary Responsibilities Include * Greet patients, staff, and visitors to the clinic in a professional and courteous manner * Assist patients with scheduling appointments and making payments at the front desk * Answer phones * Coordinator the flow of patients safely through the clinic * Intake process for new patients * Scan, fax and upload documents to the Electronic Medical Records system * Private, third party, and AHS billing * Maintain privacy and confidentiality for all patients, staff and physicians * Adhere to all Momentum Health Policies and Procedures The Successful Candidate will have the Following Experience/Education * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written * Comfortable with different software applications (MS Office, Google-Suite). We use the medical billing systems: Practice Perfect and Med Access and need candidates to be able to learn these systems quickly. * High School Diploma * Medical Office Administration certification or experience is an asset but not necessary if candidate has experience in a fast paced retail or service position Join us at CBI Health – where working together makes great things happen.
