The Licensed Practical Nurse actively demonstrates a working knowledge of nursing techniques, principles, and practice in order to holistically care for the patient. Utilizes discretion to identify the need for Licensed Nurse support with patients due to acuity of care up to and including transfer of care to Licensed Nurse caseload. What you will need to be successful: * Your Nursing License with CLHA or equivalent * Your BLS or CPR * A clear Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening within the last 6 months * Proof of a negative TB test * Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license * Commitment to work every other weekend * Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with ability to communicate in other languages an asset * Reliability and strong organization skills * Ability to safely lift up to 35 lbs. (16 kg) Hours of Work: Week 1: Wednesday, Thursday Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Overnight - 9:00 PM - 7:00am Recruitment Technology Disclosure: We use technology and automation to support administrative aspects of our recruitment process. Requirements
Candidates must hold a valid Nursing License with CLHA or equivalent, BLS/CPR certification, and a clear criminal record check. A reliable vehicle, valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 35 lbs are also required.
